At 5:40 a.m., police responded to a for in progress. A caller claimed the front window was broken and could hear someone next door at New China. Officers searched but didn't find anyone present.
At 2:19 a.m., two unknown suspects used an unknown tool to pry open the front door at the Save A Lot store.The suspects opened the door then one suspect entered the business. The suspect spent a few seconds inside, then both suspects left the scene. Nothing was taken however the lock was damaged.
At 1:30 a.m., two unknown suspects pried open the front door of  Tyler Firearms to make entry. Nothing appeared to be taken at this time.
At 1 p.m., an unknown suspect used a brick to break the front glass door at Chesapeake Ceramic Supply to gain entry. Once inside, the suspect used the brick to break the glass on a vending machine. The suspect searched through the file cabinets but nothing was taken from the business.
Sometime overnight, unknown suspect broke into Moody's Liquors and took a cash drawer and bottles of alcohol.

At 4:50 a.m., the suspect was seen kicking in the front glass door at AMC Nails and Spa. The suspect then entered a stolen car and drove around the parking lot. A second suspect exited the car and entered the store. The driver of the stolen car fled when police arrived but was later found and arrested. The stolen car was returned to the owner.

At 1:08 a.m., the suspect used a saw to cut a hole in the roof at Tyler Firearms to enter and exit. The suspect was taken into found and arrested. All weapons were recovered.
