Sometime between 5 p.m. on May 22 and 6:15 p.m. on May 26, the victim's shed was broken into and his bicycle was stolen. 
Around 10 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's residence and stole a telescope.
At 6:18 p.m., the suspect attempted to enter the victim's residence. The victim knew the suspect prompting the suspect to flee the scene. He was found nearby and arrested.
At 10:19 p.m., two unknown suspects gained entry into ezStorage by cutting the padlock on the gate. The suspects broke a light and damaged several gates by prying them open. The suspects took several unknown items from nine storage units, RVs and a food truck.
Between 12 p.m. April 20 and 7:15 a.m. April 27, unknown suspects forced the window out of the door of the annex building at Maiden Choice School and made entry. Once inside, the suspects looked through several drawers. The suspects removed two fire extinguishers and threw them into the rear court yard. 
At 5:01 a.m., an unknown suspect attempted to enter Leeds Liquor by smashing the front door glass. That set off the burglar alarm and the suspect did not make entry.
Between 12 and 3:30 p.m., the unknown suspect kicked in the door to the victim's residence to make entry. It is unknown if the suspect made entry as nothing appeared disturbed or stolen.
