At 9:09 a.m., the victim met a woman online and arranged to meet in person. The victim entered a motel room and was approached by a male suspect who displayed a handgun. The suspect demanded the victim's cash which the victim handed over and then he left the area.

At 1:02 p.m., a loss prevention officer stopped a suspect who stole an item from the Home Depot. The item was recovered. The suspect then returned to the store, brandishing a knife, and took the stolen property from the loss prevention officer. The suspect was located and arrested.

Around 12:20 a.m., two unknown suspects pried open a key drop box containing vehicle keys at the U-Haul truck rental. The suspects took two keys and stole two vehicles.

Around 2:30 a.m., an unknown suspect struck the victim with a weapon rendering him unconscious. When the victim regained consciousness he noticed that his bag with change was missing.

At 2:40 a.m., an unknown suspect broke the front glass door to Super Liquors by using a rock and a crowbar to gain entry. Once inside, the suspect stole cartons of cigarettes and then fled on foot.

Sometime between 9 p.m. on June 23 and 3:57 a.m. on June 24, an unknown suspect broke the glass door of the Soul Boat restaurant to gain entry. Nothing appears to have been stolen.

Around 1 a.m., an unknown suspect used unknown means to shatter the front door of the PHO #1 restaurant. Once inside, the suspect removed a cash box containing cash.
