Around 5 a.m., a truck pulled into the victim's yard and used force to enter the shed. Once inside, the suspect took multiple tools and equipment and loaded it into the truck. 
Sometime between 8 pm. on July 2 and 10 p.m.on July 3, an unknown suspect drilled the lock of the victim's apartment. No entry was made.

At 1:59 a.m., a suspect attempted to gain entry into the Crown gas station by smashing the front door with a large rock. Upon police arrival, the suspect was immediately apprehended. No property was taken.

At 12:45 a.m., two suspects, one armed, approached the victim and told him to hand over his property. The suspects then fled with the victim's property. The victim was not injured.

At 9 p.m., four juvenile suspects entered the residence without force and stole cash.

Sometime between 9 p.m. on June 23 and 3:57 a.m. on June 24, an unknown suspect broke the glass door of the Soul Boat restaurant to gain entry. Nothing appears to have been stolen.

Around 1 a.m., an unknown suspect used unknown means to shatter the front door of the PHO #1 restaurant. Once inside, the suspect removed a cash box containing cash.
