What you need to register to vote or change your address during early voting

Eligible Maryland residents can register to vote and registered voters can make address changes during early voting. If all the requirements are met, the voter can complete or update their registration, then mark and tabulate their ballot at an early voting center.

To register and vote during early voting in Baltimore County, an individual must be eligible to vote in Maryland and be a resident of Baltimore County. They can go to any early voting center in Baltimore County and bring a document proving residency. The documents that prove residency are a Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) issued driver’s license, ID card, or change of address card, or a paycheck, bank statement, utility bill, or other government document with the individual’s name and current address.

If a voter is registered but has moved, election officials can process this change at any early voting center in Baltimore County.
