About

The Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks celebrated the opening of its first indoor soccer facility with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Southeast Regional Recreation Center in October of 2002. This facility helps to meet strong year-round demands for indoor sports, providing a recreational venue that can be used even during winter when outdoor athletic fields are shut down for the season.

The center, which measures nearly 23,000 square feet, features:

• 175 feet by 75 feet indoor athletic field
• Spectator and player seating
• Administrative offices
• Meeting or party room
• Small concessions area
• Restrooms
