Grant Applications

Baltimore County announces Request for Proposals for Fiscal Year 2020 grants to nonprofits to assist Baltimore County citizens with homeless services, public services and capital projects. A Public Hearing to solicit priorities will be held Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the Community Center, Epiphany Episcopal Church, 2216 Pot Spring Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093. Applications are due January 29, 2019 at 2 p.m.

Programs and Projects

The Baltimore County Department of Planning implements programs and projects that strengthen existing communities, improve housing opportunities, revitalize older commercial centers and preserve rural resources. The Department formulates policies, plans and regulations to guide the County’s growth and development for future generations.
