Apply for a Residential Parking Permit

Residential parking permits expire July 31. Vehicles parked in designated residential parking areas after July 31 without annual or temporary visitor parking permits may be subject to parking citations.

  1. Only residents living in designated areas of the County are eligible for parking permits. Before applying, check the list of eligible addresses in the designated areas (PDF) to determine if your address falls within the "Designated Residential Parking Area."
  2. Review fees for an annual or temporary visitor parking permit.
  3. Be prepared to email a copy of your valid driver's license and vehicle registration, along with a current lease agreement if you are a renter or tenant, after your application is processed.
  4. If your address is eligible, select Apply or Renew Now to begin.

To apply by mail or in person, download and  print the completed Residential Parking Permit Application (PDF). Submit the application along with proper fees, a copy of your valid driver's license and vehicle registration, and a current lease agreement if you are a renter or tenant to:

Fees

Annual Parking Permit Stickers

Available for most vehicles* owned or operated by residents of a designated parking area.

  • First-time Applicant: $36
  • Renewal, Second Year or More, Continual: $14
  • Replacement: $11
  • 65 Years and Older: Fee Waived

Temporary Visitor Parking Permits

Available to most applicants who have previously obtained, during the current license year, at least one annual parking permit sticker for a given property.*

  • First-time Applicant: $36
  • Renewal, Second Year or More, Continual: $14
  • 65 Years and Older: Fee Waived
