The County is taking a number of actions to keep residents safe and minimize the spread of COVID-19. Find status information for County operations and services.

Development Management

Until further notice all meetings of the Development Review Committee (DRC), Pre-Concept Plan Conferences (PCPC), Concept Plan Conferences (CPC), Community Input Meetings (CIM) and Development Plan Conferences (DPC) will be held online. To request to monitor any of these meetings, contact Development Management no less than one week prior to the meeting date. These meetings are not public hearings (with the exception of the CIM) and access is at the discretion of Baltimore County. CIMs will require preregistration through the Project Manager in order to participate.

Project Managers support processing of all phases of the Development Review process including:

The Director of Permits, Approvals and Inspections may waive development plan requirements and Administrative Law Judge hearings under certain conditions, as specified in the Baltimore County Code, Section 32-4-107(b).
