Request for Patient Care Report by an Attorney

General Information

The Baltimore County Fire Department's policies and procedures for the release of Patient Care Reports comply with state Public General Law. The Department seeks to make it as easy as possible to obtain records. (Maryland Code, Health-General, Title 4. Statistics And Records, Subtitle 3, Confidentiality Of Medical Records)

Please help us provide the report you need in a timely fashion by sending all of the required items and payment. Walk-in requests are not accepted.

Baltimore County contracts with Change Healthcare, a national health care management company, to handle billing and collection. Attorneys only may email requests for bills to or fax requests to 1-937-291-0236.
