Request an Executive Citation, Proclamation or Greeting

County Executive Johnny Olszewski is proud to issue ceremonial documents that recognize the accomplishments of Baltimore County citizens and organizations. Ceremonial documents are provided free of charge.

How to Order

To request an executive citation, proclamation or program greeting letter, simply complete and submit the form below. Alternatively, you may download, print, and mail or fax the Ceremonial Document Request Form (PDF).

Requests must be made at least 10 business days prior to the date the document is needed. Requests for 10 or more citations must be received 20 business days in advance.

Provide as much detail as possible. You may upload supporting documentation below, such as biographies, obituaries, etc.
