Complete Your 2017 Financial Disclosure Statement

Who Must File

If you hold an office for which a financial disclosure statement is required by law, you must file it by April 30.

If you intend to run for County Executive or County Council and you have not filed a form covering the prior calendar year, you must file a financial disclosure statement at the same time you file your certificate of candidacy. Depending on when you filed initially, you may need to file another statement before the last day for withdrawal of candidacy.

If you leave County office or employment, you must file a final financial disclosure statement within 60 days after leaving office or employment.
