Total Maximum Daily Load Implementation Plan

Baltimore County is seeking input from the public prior to finalizing the Total Maximum Daily Load Implementation Plan (TMDL IP) for sediment in the Lower Gunpowder Falls watershed before submitting it to Maryland Department of the Environment for approval. This document is being posted for a 30-day public comment period from January 9 through February 11, 2019.

Submission of Comments

Comments must be received by the Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) by February 11 at 4:30 p.m. Please refer to the guidance on how to review and comment on the TMDL Implementation Plans.

Comments may be submitted in one of the following ways:

  • Email (preferred)
  • Mail to the EPS address below (must be received prior to 4:30 p.m. on February 11)
  • Drop-off at the front desk of the Department of EPS, located at the address below, prior to 4:30 p.m. on February 11
