EPS Variances

Planning Board Meeting

Baltimore County Planning Board meetings are scheduled as follows:

Landmarks Preservation Commission Meeting

The Landmarks Preservation Commission meeting will be held on Thursday, July 12, at 6 p.m., in Room 104 of the Jefferson Building, 105 West Chesapeake Avenue in Towson.

Design Review Panel Meeting

The Design Review Panel meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 11, at 6 p.m. in Room 104 of the Jefferson Building, 105 West Chesapeake Avenue in Towson.

Owings Mills Reservoir

Baltimore County will paint the outside of the Owings Mills reservoir. The project, costing approximately $550,000, is scheduled to begin in July.

Dolfield Boulevard at Red Run Boulevard

Baltimore County is widening Dolfield Boulevard on the north side from Red Run Boulevard to Easter Court.

Dogwood Road Bridge

The Dogwood Road Bridge over Dogwood Run (B-0347) will be closed for repairs in 2018 for about six months. The $2.6 million project is expected to begin in early July and be completed by early 2019.

Woodlawn Pedestrian Bridge

The Department of Public Works has completed a design to replace the former pedestrian bridge at Woodlawn High School (Bridge B-0166), which was removed in 2014. Construction of a new structure began in late February and is expected to take five months to complete. Completion is expected before the end of July.

Rolling Road Improvements

Baltimore County is widening—to approximately 44 feet and four lanes—and adding curbs, gutters and sidewalks to portions of Rolling Road from Windsor Mill Road to Six Point Court.

    1. a side yard setback of 10 feet to the existing non-residential principle structure in lieu of the required 20 feet;
  2. From RTA requirements under Section 1B01.1.B.1.e(5) to allow:
    1. an eight foot setback and an eight foot buffer from the lot line to the proposed parking pad in lieu of the required 75 foot setback and 50 foot buffer;
    2. an 11 foot setback and an 11 foot buffer from the lot line to the existing non-residential principle structure in lieu of the required 75 foot setback and 50 foot buffer;
  3. To allow for a Modified Parking Plan under Section 409.12.B;
  4. To allow a community care center use within the RTA;
  5. For such other and further relief as the nature of this cause may require.
