EPS Variances

Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) publishes a list of the environmental administrative variance requests along with their status. The requests are listed by County Council District.

Planning Board Meetings

Baltimore County Planning Board meetings are scheduled as follows:

Owings Mills Reservoir

Baltimore County is painting the outside of the Owings Mills reservoir. The project, costing approximately $550,000, is scheduled to begin in July.

Dolfield Boulevard at Red Run Boulevard

Baltimore County is widening Dolfield Boulevard on the north side from Red Run Boulevard to Easter Court.

Dogwood Road Bridge

The Dogwood Road Bridge over Dogwood Run (B-0347) will be closed for repairs in 2018 for about six months. The $2.6 million project is expected to begin in June 2018 and be completed by December.

Woodlawn Pedestrian Bridge

The Department of Public Works has completed a design to replace the former pedestrian bridge at Woodlawn High School (Bridge B-0166), which was removed in 2014. Construction of a new structure began in late February and is expected to take five months to complete. Completion is expected at the end of June.

Rolling Road Improvements

Baltimore County is widening—to approximately 44 feet and four lanes—and adding curbs, gutters and sidewalks to portions of Rolling Road from Windsor Mill Road to Six Point Court.
