EPS Variances

Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) publishes a list of the environmental administrative variance requests along with their status. The requests are listed by County Council District.

Planning Board Meetings

Baltimore County Planning Board meetings are scheduled as follows:

  • Thursday, March 15, at 4 p.m., in Room 104, Jefferson Building, 105 West Chesapeake Avenue in Towson

Dogwood Road Bridge

The Dogwood Road Bridge over Dogwood Run (B-0347) will be closed for repairs in 2018 for about six months. The $1.6 million project is expected to begin summer 2018 and be completed by December.

Woodlawn Pedestrian Bridge

The Department of Public Works has completed a design to replace the former pedestrian bridge at Woodlawn High School (Bridge B-0166), which was removed in 2014. Construction of a new structure began in late February and is expected to take four months to complete.

Rolling Road Improvements

Baltimore County is widening—to approximately 44 feet and four lanes—and adding curbs, gutters and sidewalks to portions of Rolling Road from Windsor Mill Road to Six Point Court.

Special Hearing to amend the previously approved Special Exception and a Site Plan granted in Case Number 1989-0552-X and 1992-0438-A to allow an 1860 square feet addition to an existing church and daycare building to be used for additional daycare. 
Variance to allow an impermeable surface area of 12 percent in lieu of the permitted 10 percent for the subject property, and for such other and further relief as the nature of this cause may require.
