EPS Variances

Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) publishes a list of the environmental administrative variance requests along with their status. The requests are listed by County Council District.

Planning Board Meetings

Baltimore County Planning Board meetings are scheduled as follows:

  • Thursday, January 18, at 4 p.m., in Room 104, Jefferson Building, 105 West Chesapeake Avenue in Towson.

Dogwood Road Bridge

The Dogwood Road Bridge over Dogwood Run (B-0347) will be closed for repairs in 2018 for about six months. The $1.6 million project is expected to begin summer 2018 and be completed by December.

Woodlawn Pedestrian Bridge

The Department of Public Works is studying options to replace the former pedestrian bridge at Woodlawn High School, bridge B-0166, which was removed in 2014. Construction of a new structure is anticipated to begin in early 2018.

Rolling Road Improvements

Baltimore County is widening—to approximately 44 feet and four lanes—and adding curbs, gutters and sidewalks to portions of Rolling Road in a long-term improvement project which began in January 2014, with utility relocation work.
