Keith R. Truffer

Associate Judge, Baltimore County Circuit Court, 3rd Judicial Circuit, since February 11, 2016.

The Honorable Keith R. Truffer was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from Mount St. Mary's University, B.A. (cum laude), 1978 and the University of Baltimore School of Law, J.D., 1982. He served as law clerk to Honorable John E. Raine Jr., Baltimore County Circuit Court, 1982 to 1983.

He was admitted to Maryland Bar, 1982; U.S. District Court (Maryland), 1993; District of Columbia Bar, 1999; U.S. Supreme Court, 1988; U.S. Court of Appeals (4th Circuit) 2015.
