Request a 911 Call Recording

Recordings are kept for 365 days. For duplicate copies of specific 911 recordings, contact:

Submit a Request

Step 1: Complete the Records Request Form

Download and complete the records request form. (PDF)

Step 2: Mail the Form and Payment

Submit the completed form with $20, payable by cash, check or money order to:

Attention: Cashier's Office—911 Records

Requests requiring extended preparation may incur additional costs.

Step 3: Receive Records in the Mail

The County will contact you if they have questions relating to your request or if there are additional costs. If not, you will receive your requested records by mail within 30 days of receiving your initial request.
