The myCigna mobile app gives you a simple way to personalize, organize and access your important health information on the go.

Use the app or visit myCigna.com to quickly access the following features:

  • ID cards—Quickly view ID cards for the entire family
  • Claims—View, search, bookmark and group recent and past claims for easy reference
  • Drug Search (Non-Medicare members only)—Look up and compare actual costs at over 60,000 pharmacies nationwide, find pharmacies near you, research medications and dosages
  • Healthcare Professional Directory—Search for a doctor or healthcare facility from the Cigna national network and compare quality-of-care ratings
  • Health Wallet—Review your coverage, track your account balances and deductibles, store and organize all important contact info for doctors, hospitals and pharmacies

Active&Fit Direct

Cigna members have access to the Active&Fit Direct program, which offers memberships to any fitness center in our extensive network for just $25 a month. Spouses and dependents age 18 and up are also eligible for the Active&Fit Direct program.

  • Choose from more than 10,000 participating fitness centers nationwide
  • Pay $75 up front: $25 enrollment fee, plus a $25 first month fee and the $25 second month fee
  • Pay just $25 a month starting your third month (three month enrollment minimum required)

There are no long-term contracts, which means you can change your fitness center any time at no additional cost or cancel any time after three months. If you're not ready to enroll, request a guest pass to try a fitness center before you buy your membership.

Telehealth Connection

Whether you’re home, at work or on vacation, Cigna Telehealth Connection allows you to consult with a board-certified doctor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone or video chat. Your telehealth doctor may even prescribe medications, if appropriate. Use telehealth for minor, non-emergency health concerns such as:

  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Sore throat
  • Earache
  • Sinus pain
  • Pediatric care

My Health Assistant

Get help reaching health and wellness goals in small, easy steps. Learn more about this online coaching program to lose weight, quit tobacco, conquer stress or feel happier.

  • Choose your long-term personal health and wellness goals.
  • Find suggested activities to help you reach the goals you’ve chosen.
  • Check in to track and update your progress with a weekly plan created just for you.
  • Receive friendly reminders and encouragement.
  • Adjust your plan and change goals and activities as you go.

Enroll at myCigna.com by selecting the “My Health” tab, then “Programs and Resources,” then select “Health Assistant” from the dropdown menu.

Health Information Line

Call Cigna's Health Information Line to speak with a nurse who is ready to provide information and help answer your health questions. This toll-free number is printed on the back of your Cigna ID card. Get information to help you decide where and when you should get treatment, or call if you need general health information or have a specific health concern.

You can also listen to hundreds of podcasts to help you stay informed about your health. Select a topic and download podcasts to your mobile device or listen via live-stream on myCigna.com.

One Guide

Cigna One Guide is the highest level of personal support available. Your Cigna One Guide team can help you understand your plan, get care and save on expenses.

Lifestyle Management Programs

If weight, tobacco or stress is affecting your health or your ability to live an active life, it may be time to make some changes. A health coach can provide you with personalized support to help you:

  • Learn to manage your weight using a non-diet approach that helps you build confidence, change habits, eat healthier and become more active.
  • Develop a personal quit plan to become and remain tobacco-free.
  • Understand the sources of your stress and learn to use coping techniques to better manage stress both on and off the job.

You can use an online or telephone coaching program–or both–for the support you need.
