Animal Hearing Board
The Animal Hearing Board is established under Baltimore County Code § 3-3-402. The Board hears and rules on appeals of citations issued under the County's animal control laws contained in Article 12 of the County Code. The Board also makes recommendations on matters related to enforcement, regulation of animal holding facilities, animal cruelty and other animal issues.

Meetings
The board meets the first and third Tuesday of every month at 9:30 a.m. in Room 104 of the Jefferson Building, 105 West Chesapeake Avenue, Towson, Maryland 21204.
Board Members
There are seven members on the Board appointed by the County Executive and confirmed by the County Council. Appointments must reside in Baltimore County. There is no term limit. Members serve two year terms.
