CountyRide Rules of Participation

CountyRide has implemented several actions to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19. To ensure the safety of passengers and drivers, a maximum of two passengers are allowed on the bus for each trip to maintain social distancing, and all passengers and drivers are required to wear a mask. Rides are now being provided to any location within the county except for senior centers, which remain closed at this time.

The following are the rules that all CountyRide participants must follow.

  • Clients must be ready 20 minutes prior to pick up time.
  • Drivers cannot wait longer than five minutes at each pickup.
  • Full fare, tickets or cash, will be collected on the first trip of the day. Drivers may not wait for you to purchase tickets at Senior Centers.
  • A client may have only two trips in a one week period, based on availability.
  • Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
