COVID-19 Coronavirus Updates and Guidance

The County is taking a number of actions to keep residents safe and minimize the spread of COVID-19. Find status information for County operations and services.

CountyRide Registration

CountyRide has implemented several actions to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19. These changes will remain in effect until further notice. Since rides are only being provided for essential activities, destinations are now limited to medical appointments, pharmacies or grocery shopping. To further ensure the safety of passengers and drivers, a maximum of two passengers are allowed on the bus for each trip to maintain social distancing, and all passengers and drivers are required to wear a mask.

CountyRide Registration Forms (PDF) may be downloaded or obtained at senior centers, the CountyRide office, website address, faxed or mailed upon request. Registrations can be completed in person, mail or fax. Send a completed form to the CountyRide office. Required Information includes the client's full name, home address, home phone number, date of birth and an emergency contact. Income information is optional.

An online registration form will be available in the near future.

All information provided to CountyRide is used to schedule trips, obtain and account for funding and assist in long range planning to meet the transportation needs of Baltimore County citizens. Additional information may be obtained by calling 410-887-2080 or you may also send an email to

After registration, a welcome package will be sent to you. The package will contain the CountyRide General Information book, CountyRide Information Brochure, Request-A-Trip Brochure which explains how to use the IVR/IWR System, and any other recent brochures.
