Benefits Information

Additional information about County sponsored Health Insurance plans including open enrollment, benefits guides, plan contacts and forms can be found in the Benefits section of the County's web site at www.baltimorecountymd.gov/go/benefits.

Advantage ESS and HRM Passwords

Advantage Employee Self Service (ESS) and HRM passwords were reset July 2, 2008. Your password was reset to your birth date followed by the last four digits of your social security number (formatted mmddyy6789).

Example: If your date of birth is 07/15/70 and your Social Security Number is 123-45-6789, you password will be 0715706789.

If you need additional assistance with your ESS password or user ID, contact the OIT Service Desk at ext. 8200.

My Info and Create a W-4
My Info provides access to your personal information, like your address and contact information, benefits/deductions, and paycheck information. You can also update your W-4 information by using the My Info section of your ESS account.

Working with Grids and Pick Lists
