Log into Employee Self Service (ESS) Baltimore County will mail your 2009 W-2 form to your home; you should receive your W-2 during the week of January 25. Beginning Tuesday, January 26, you can view and print your W-2 from ESS. This year, you may file the W-2 that you print from ESS with your tax returns. Last year's 2008 W-2 form also is available online. - Log into ESS
- Select "My Information" from the menu on the left side of ESS
- Select "Paychecks"
- Select "View Tax Forms (ex. W-2)"
