Log into Employee Self Service (ESS)

W-2 Wage and Tax Statements

Baltimore County will mail your 2009 W-2 form to your home; you should receive your W-2 during the week of January 25. Beginning Tuesday, January 26, you can view and print your W-2 from ESS. This year, you may file the W-2 that you print from ESS with your tax returns. Last year's 2008 W-2 form also is available online.

  • Log into ESS
  • Select "My Information" from the menu on the left side of ESS
  • Select "Paychecks"
  • Select "View Tax Forms (ex. W-2)"

My Info provides access to your personal information, like your address and contact information, benefits/deductions, and paycheck information. You can also update your W-4 information by using the My Info section of your ESS account.
