Login to ESSUse ESS to view paycheck, change address, complete your Health Benefits Open Enrollment and New Hire Enrollment, view your W-2, and much more. Log into Employee Self Service (ESS) (Use Internet Explorer only) W-2 Wage and Tax StatementsBaltimore County will not mail your 2011 W-2 form to your home. Beginning Monday, January 23, you can view and print your W-2 from ESS. You must file the W-2 that you print from ESS with your tax returns. If you experience any problems with navigating the system or printing your W-2, contact the Payroll Department at ext. 2420. - Select link above to Log into Employee Self Service (ESS)
- Enter your username and password, then select Login button
- After you logged into ESS, select the My Info tab on left side
- Select Paychecks, one of the dark blue tabs across top
- Go to View Tax Forms (ex. W-2)
- Select the tax year 2011, then the link for Attachments
- On the Reference Table Attachments page, choose Download
- A window will pop up with choices of Open or Save
- Open - allows you to view and print W-2
- Save - allows you to save to your computer and view and print your W-2 at a later time
- When completed, logout of ESS. Be sure to close all open windows and documents.
