Councilman David Marks
It is an honor to represent the people of the Fifth District on the Baltimore County Council. The Fifth District includes some of the most vibrant communities in Baltimore County -- places like Parkville, Perry Hall, Towson, Loch Raven and White Marsh. My goal is to provide bipartisan, independent leadership for these neighborhoods on the County Council.
This County Council will be tackling tough challenges, but I also understand that many residents simply need help with basic concerns. Our office will do its best to answer questions you may have about public safety, code enforcement, and other issues.
