The following information is about voter registration, elections, voting and running for office. If you need additional information you may come into Baltimore County Board of Elections or call for assistance.

Board Meetings are held at this office the first Tuesday of every month at 9:30 a.m. (day and time subject to change). Please contact the Elections Board if you wish to attend.
Primary - February 12, 2008 (Polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
General - November 4, 2008 (Polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
- January 22, 2008 - Deadline to register to vote before Primary Election
- February 25, 2008 - Voter registration reopens for General Election
- October 14, 2008 - Deadline to register to vote before General Election
The Legislature sets primary dates, which are subject to change.

Questions about Voter Registration may be referred to the Baltimore County Voter Registration Department. Contact the Registration Supervisor.
Voters may request an Absentee Ballot by completing an Absentee Ballot Application. The applicant will be required to mail or FAX the application to the Baltimore County Board of Elections. The FAX number for the Absentee Department is 410-832-8493.
Information and Instructions about Absentee Voting are provided at the State Board Web Site.
Questions about applying for Absentee Ballots may be referred to the Baltimore County Voter Absentee Department. Contact the Absentee Supervisor.
