Here are the answers to questions and concerns directed to the Webmaster about the site:
Q: I am having a difficult time downloading PDF documents, what should I do?
A: To view or print PDF documents, you will need a product such as Adobe's free Acrobat Reader. If you continue to have difficulty opening the PDF document in your web brower, you may want to save the document to your desktop first and then open it directly in Acrobat Reader.

Q: I had previously bookmarked the pages I visit frequently but the links no longer work.
A: Baltimore County redesigned and reorganized its web site on December 15, 2002 to help readers more easily find up to date and relevant information. The Home Page address remains the same, but the web addresses for most of the internal pages has changed. As a result, bookmarks or favorites saved prior to December 15, 2002 will not work.
If you know the old web address, you can often find the correct page by removing /p.cfm/ from the web address or url. You also will need to change .cfm at the end of the address to .html.
Alternatively, you can find the correct page using the Directory or the Baltimore County Site Search engine in the upper right corner of any web page.
When you find the page you need, please update your bookmark.
