Smith and County Officials Discuss Carbon Monoxide Legislation

Towson, Md. (November 5, 2009) - In the latest edition of BC Upfront, Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith discusses legislation that he is introducing to the Baltimore County Council on November 16 that will require carbon monoxide detectors in all rental dwellings in Baltimore County. The latest edition of the video magazine also includes interviews with Baltimore County Health Officer Dr. Gregory Branch, Director of Permits and Development Timothy Kotroco, and Fire Chief John Hohman.
