Towson, Md. (October 14, 2009)—Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith joined executives from MacKenzie Companies, Kinsley Construction, and the new Residence Inn at Hunt Valley to open the sixth building at Schilling Road Corporate Campus. The building at 55 Schilling Road incorporates many green elements to further promote a healthy work environment and sustainable business practices. "Companies at the Schilling Road Corporate Campus benefit from a vibrant business community, light rail service at their front door, and amenities including a new extended stay Residence Inn across the street and Hunt Valley Towne Centre," said Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith. The 500,000 square foot corporate campus in Hunt Valley is developed by MacKenzie Companies. Major tenants include Black and Decker, Horich, Parks & Lebow Advertising, Bill Me Later, Inc., The Travelers Indemnity Company, Amtote International, FX Studios, The Forbush School, and L.H. Cranston. In celebration of the building opening, MacKenzie Companies, Kinsley Construction, and the Residence Inn at Hunt Valley donated to the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Maryland, to be held Sunday, October 18 in Hunt Valley. |
