Baltimore County Offices Closed for Independence Day
Towson, Maryland (June 30, 2014) – Baltimore County government offices, and the District and Circuit Courts, will be closed on Friday, July 4 in recognition of the Independence Day holiday. Health department clinics, libraries, senior centers and trash and recycling drop-off centers will be closed. CountyRide vans will not operate and there is no charge for parking meters on that day.
No Trash, Recycling or Yard Materials Collection
Baltimore County residents whose trash or yard materials would normally have been collected on Friday, July 4, should set them out Friday night for collection on Saturday, July 5. Residents whose single stream recyclables would normally have been collected on Friday, July 4, are asked to hold those items until the next scheduled recycling collection day, Friday, July 11.
Baltimore County offices and trash and recycling drop-off facilities, including Eastern Sanitary Landfill in White Marsh, will be closed on Friday, July 4. All three drop-off facilities will be open with regular operating hours on Thursday, July 3, and Saturday, July 5.
