Towson, Maryland (June 18, 2014) – Construction is underway for a new national headquarters in Baltimore County. Compass Pointe Healthcare, a $440 million company that owns and manages over 70 health care facilities for seniors in 17 states, is building a new headquarters in the Bare Hills Business Park.

Compass Pointe will bring new jobs to the County, with as many as 125 people working at the headquarters as the company grows. The headquarters will support facilities around the country with corporate operations, accounting/finance, legal, technology and other support services.

"Baltimore County offers a deep talent pool and convenient locations that support all levels of operations for a national headquarters," said Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz. "Compass Pointe joins the growing list of healthcare companies headquartered here, including CareFirst, Erikson Living, and Remedi Senior Care."

The four-story, 43,568 square foot building in the Bare Hills Business Park is being constructed by F.M. Harvey Construction and is expected to be completed in summer 2015.
