Woman Reported Missing in Precinct 12/North Point

Update: Linda Ann Foster was found deceased in a car on Franklin Square Drive near Oswald Way just before 3 p.m. on November 1. Detectives determined there were no apparent signs of foul play. The cause of death is pending the determination of the state medical examiner.

Baltimore County, Maryland (November 1, 2013) Baltimore County Police ask the public's help locating a 56-year-old woman missing in Precinct 12/North Point.

The woman, Linda Ann Foster, drove away from her home in the 400 block of Oriole Avenue at about 11:30 p.m. on October 29. This is when she was last seen by her family, which reported her missing the next morning.

Foster left in a 1996 purple Ford Escort, tag number FBV 806.

She is 5' tall and 170 pounds with gray hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing a gray, hooded sweatshirt, a green T-shirt, red pants and glasses.

Medications Left Behind

Family members told police that Foster does not have a history of leaving without explanation. She does not have a cell phone with her and left many of her medications behind. She took family photographs with her, but no other personal items.
