Suspect Wanted For Sexual Child Abuse

Two Police Vehicles Rammed During Attempted Warrant Service

Update: Foster William Dove III was apprehended in Lebanon, Pennsylvania on Monday, September 16.

Baltimore County, Maryland (September 13, 2013) - Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s help locating Foster Dove III, 38, of the 1600 block of Williams Avenue, 21221, who is wanted for sexually abusing two underage victims and producing child pornography depicting the abuse.

On September 12, detectives went to the suspect’s home in Precinct 11/Essex to serve an arrest warrant. The suspect saw the detectives as they approached and ran to his vehicle. He struck two police vehicles with his car and fled. The suspect’s vehicle was recovered nearby, but the suspect was not located.

Foster William Dove III is a white male, 6’ tall, 220 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He is known to frequent the Essex area, Carroll County, and Berks County, Pennsylvania.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Foster Dove III is asked to call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.
