Two Shot in Precinct 4/Pikesville

Update: Brandon Hinton, 20, whose last known address is in the 6900 block of Brookmill Road, 21215, was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder in reference to a double shooting in Precinct 4/Pikesville on September 7. He is currently being held without bail.

Baltimore County, Maryland (September 9, 2013) - On September 7 at 10:05 p.m., Baltimore County Police responded to the 6900 block of Blanche Road in Precinct 4/Pikesville for a report of a shooting. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered an adult male with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Another adult male victim of this incident was located at an area hospital where he had gone for treatment.

The injuries to both victims appear to be non-life threatening.

The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that a group of people were at the intersection of Nadine Drive and Brookmill Road when they were approached by an adult male suspect. The suspect pulled out a weapon and opened fire, striking the two victims. He then fled the scene on foot.

This incident is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call 410-307-2020.
