Suspect Wanted for Attempted Kidnapping

Baltimore County, Maryland (August 5, 2013) - Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s help identifying the man responsible for an assault and attempted kidnapping in Precinct 2/Woodlawn.
On July 30 at approximately 5:30 p.m., a 25-year-old woman was jogging in the area of Siena Way, 21163. The suspect pulled the victim into a wooded area, and attempted to strangle her with an item of clothing. The victim bit the suspect on the arm, and was able to escape. The suspect was last seen running through the woods. The victim suffered non life-threatening injuries.
The suspect is a black male, 16-20 years old, 5’6” tall, with an average build. He was wearing all dark clothing and may have a bite mark on his right arm. A composite sketch was created by a Baltimore County Police forensic artist to help in identifying the suspect.
