The County's Human Resources Building Celebrates a 100 Years of Service     

Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith visited the Open House for the 100th Anniversary Celebration at 308 Allegheny Avenue. The Towson High School Jazz Band entertained at the ceremony with outstanding musical performances.

Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith visited the Open House for the 100th Anniversary Celebration at 308 Allegheny Avenue the home to the County's Human Resources offices. Since February 22, 1907 the building has served the County for 100 years in various fashions. The Towson High School Jazz Band entertained at the ceremony with outstanding musical performances.
