UPDATE (April 20):
Baltimore County Police are releasing the names of the pedestrians who were struck by the Baltimore County Police vehicle Saturday night:
- Desaree Tasha Blick (18) of the 100-block of Courtland Road 21207
- Stephon Nathaniel Beale (18) of the 6700-block of Park Heights Avenue 21215
- Deomonte Terrell Blick (9 months)
All three are expected to survive their injuries. Ms. Blick was transported to University of Maryland, Shock Trauma Center. Mr. Beale and the 9 month-old child were transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital. The infant appeared to have suffered no injuries and was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.

Baltimore County Police are investigating an accident that occurred late Saturday involving a County police cruiser and three pedestrians.
Just after 11:00 p.m., an officer was traveling on Security Boulevard for a call for an assault at Hot Skates on Whitehead Road.
Preliminary investigation indicates that the officer had lights and sirens activated. As the officer was in the 6600-block of Security Boulevard (between Woodlawn Drive and Whitehead Road), the police vehicle stuck a man and a woman pushing a baby in a stroller.
No additional information on the condition of the people struck at this time. Two people were taken to Johns Hopkins hospital and one person was taken to University of Maryland, Shock Trauma Center. The officer involved in the accident was not injured.
