The Baltimore County Police Department’s 139th Recruit Class graduation will take place Wednesday, June 18, at 7:30 p.m. The ceremony will take place at Dundalk High School, 1901 Delvale Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21222.

County Executive Kevin Kamenetz and Police Chief Jim Johnson will present the diplomas. Mr. Charles W. Rapp, Executive Director of the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions, and Dr. Dennis Seymour, Dean of the School of Business, Criminal Justice and Law for the Community College of Baltimore County, will present certificates to the recruits. The Honorable Julie Ensor, Clerk of the County Circuit Court, will administer the oath of office and Reverend Joseph E. Skillman, Jr. will preside over the benediction and adjournment.

The recruits trained for 27 weeks and will spend the next two years in the field as they apply the skills learned in the classroom.
