    Khadija Myar Lovelace is a black female, 5'6", 162 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of a moon and flower on her chest, the name "Taylor" on the right side of her chest and the name "Carl" on her left wrist. It is unknown what she might be wearing.

Update (January 8): The victim has been identified as Jason Andrew Meisenhalder, 40, of the unit block of Cedar Drive, 21220.

Baltimore County Police are investigating the death of a male found in Rocky Point Park in the Essex Precinct.

On January 7, at about 4:30 p.m., police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Rocky Point Road for a check on subject call. Officers found a man lying on the ground. Detectives were notified and responded to investigate.

Police do not suspect foul play, but a final ruling on cause and manner of death will be made by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner following an autopsy.

The victim is not being identified at this time.

Update (January 8): The victim has been identified as Daniel Cedillo, 28, of an unknown address in Baltimore City. The Medical Examiner will rule on the cause of death.

BCoPD detectives are investigating the death of a man found this morning behind Logan Elementary School, 7601 Dunmanway in Precinct 12/North Point.

The man -- who displayed no apparent cause of death -- has not yet been identified. Police believe him to be an adult.

Police were dispatched to the scene at 6:58 a.m., after a school support employee found the victim lying at the extreme rear of the school property, next to a public sidewalk. The victim was deceased when police arrived.

Detectives do not believe at this victim died as the result of foul play, but the Office of the Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death following an autopsy.

Detectives are currently investigating two suspects, a male and a female, responsible for committing multiple thefts from gas stations and convenience stores in Baltimore County. One theft occurred at the Sunoco gas station, in the 8400 block of Harford Road, 21234, on October 18.

  • The first suspect is described as a black male, 45 to 55 years old, 5'6" to 6' tall, 225 pounds, with a "salt and pepper" goatee. He wears a ball cap, sunglasses and oftentimes, a delivery driver's uniform.
  • The second suspect is a black female, 45 to 55 years old, 5'8" to 5'10" tall, 180 pounds, with varying hair styles (possibly wearing a wig). She occasionally wears nurse's scrubs, and distracts employees while the male suspect enters the business office and removes large sums of cash.

Detectives were able to recover surveillance photos of the suspects and are hopeful that someone may recognize them. The surveillance photos are posted below.
