Robert Antoine Weathers and Robin Tracey Nelson are being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $450,000 bail.

They are also charged with a theft from a Pikesville store on September 9, 2013.

Robert Antoine Weathers and Robin Tracey Nelson were taken into custody Monday morning at the Comfort Inn in the 5800 block of Baltimore National Pike 21228.

  • Robert Antoine Weathers is being held at the Baltimore county Detention Center on $75,000 bail.
  • Robin Tracey Nelson is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $50,000 bail.

Further information will be released as it becomes available.

Baltimore County Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two suspects wanted in connection with a theft of more than $25,000 worth of jewelry from Bijou Jewelers in the 10700 block of Falls Road 21093.

  • Robert Antoine Weathers (53)
  • Robin Tracy Nelson (50)

The investigation into this incident has indicated that on May 13, Robert Antoine Weathers and Robin Tracy Nelson, aided by two other suspects who distracted employees, took the jewelry from an unlocked safe in the office. The theft was not noticed until after the suspects left the store.

This incident is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Department Organized Retail Crime Team.

Original release (February 19):

Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two persons in connection to the theft of over $46,000 in jewelry from Ricardo’s Gems and Jewelry in the 9600 block of Deereco Road in Timonium.

The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that on December 31, a male and female suspect entered the Ricardo’s Gems and Jewelry store. The female asked to view some expensive jewelry. While the clerk was helping the female suspect, the male suspect took several rings (worth a combined $46,250) from an unlocked display case. Both suspects then left the location in an unknown vehicle.

A picture of the suspects was captured on the store’s video surveillance system.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020.
