Update (May 1):

Baltimore County Police have charged 16-year-old Fernando Riva Anderson Vallejos of Baltimore as an adult in connection with the April 27 stabbing in Middle River. He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
 
The investigation into this incident has indicated that Fernando Riva Anderson Vallejos stabbed Jose Guadalupa Hernandez-Mauricio, 20, of Edgewood during an argument outside of a wedding at a Salvation Army hall in the 1400 block of Fuselage Avenue. The exact reason for the argument remains unknown.
 
Jose Guadalupa Hernandez-Mauricio remains hospitalized in stable condition.

Original release (April 27):

At 12:17 a.m. this morning, Baltimore County Police and Fire personnel responded to the 1400 block of Fuselage Avenue in Middle River for a report of a stabbing. When officers arrived on the scene, they found an adult male suffering from at least one stab wound.

That male was transported to an area hospital for treatment. His current condition is unknown.

The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that the victim had been attending a wedding at a Salvation Army hall in the 1400 block of Fuselage Avenue. He was outside of the building arguing with the suspect when the suspect stabbed him at least once in the mid body. The suspect then fled the scene.

This incident is under active investigation by the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit.
