    Update - Police Identify Victim in Lochearn Homicide

    Baltimore County Police have identified the victim in the Saturday, September 20, homicide in Lochearn. His name is Jonathan Michael Watkins, 20, last known address in the 100-block of Village of Pine Court, 21244.
    Police ask anyone that might have information about this crime to call (410) 307-2020.

    The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in Lochearn.

    On September 20, at 2:06 a.m., Baltimore County police responded to the area of Lantern Hill Drive and Sedgemoor Road, 21207 for a check on subject call. Police found an unidentified young male subject suffering from severe trauma to the body. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

    Baltimore County police homicide detectives are investigating the case. Police are asking anyone with information about this crime to call (410) 307-2020. Witnesses can also contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-Lockup, where they may qualify for a reward up to $2,000.00, if there information leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.

Detectives continue to investigate the shooting in front of the Fire and Ice Hookah Lounge in Randallstown that left three people injured. The assistance of the public is needed to identify the suspect in this case.

Captain Don Roby, Commander of the Crimes Against Persons Section, stated "Information from witnesses is one of the most crucial components of a successful investigation and subsequent prosecution. Information on this case is what we need more of. We are urging members of the public who have even the smallest bit of information to call us. Even if they think that the information they have will not make a difference, it could be the bit of information that helps us solve this crime. People who contact us can remain anonymous."

On February 2 at 4:06 a.m., police responded to the Fire and Ice Hookah Lounge in the 3500 block of Brenbrook Drive in Randallstown for a report of a shooting. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered three adult male victims with gunshot wounds in front of the establishment. The victims were taken to area hospitals for treatment and have since been released.

The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that the victims were in front of the Fire and Ice Hookah Lounge when they became involved in an argument with another group of people. During the argument, the suspect appeared and fired several shots, striking the victims. The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a black male who might have been wearing a black hoodie. He might have had short corn rows or braided hair.
