Original Release (May 12, 2017 7:19 a.m.):

Baltimore County Police are actively searching for a critical missing person this morning. Jordan Paul Lazarides was last seen this morning at approximately 3:30 a.m. He left from the 2500 block of Elesmere Drive in Windsor Mill, 21244 on foot in an unknown direction.

Jordan Lazarides (18) has tan skin, short black hair, is 5'08" and weighs 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with blue stripes and possibly bl​ue jeans.

Jordan is prescribed required medication, making it urgent that he is located quickly.

UPDATE (August 26):

Baltimore County Police have charged three suspects in connection with the August 19 shooting in Windsor Mill.

  • Randell Ga-Juan Michael Joseph (18) of the 4800 block of Laurel Avenue 21215
  • Frank James Blackwell (21) of the 500 block of Decker Avenue 21205
  • Coron Demon Johnson Jr (20) of the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue 21201

All three men have been charged with attempted first degree murder and related charges. They are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

At 1:45 a.m. August 19, Baltimore County Police responded to the area of Elesmere Drive and Tudsbury Road 21244 for a report of shots fired. The victim was located in the area suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that the victim and another person were walking along Elesmere Drive near Tudsbury Road when they were confronted by the suspects. The suspects displayed a gun and robbed the victims of their cell phones. As the victim and the person he was with ran from the suspects, one of the suspects shot the victim at least once.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

This incident remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit.

Original release (August 19):

BCoPD's Violent Crimes Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred early this morning in Precinct 2/Woodlawn.

Two men -- brothers -- were walking along Elesmere Drive near Tudsbury Road, 21244, at about 1:45 a.m. when they were confronted by four or five male suspects. The suspects displayed a gun and robbed the victims of their cell phones. As two brothers ran from the suspects, one of the victims --  33-year-old man from the 21244 zip code -- was struck by gunfire. He is expected to survive his injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
