The death of a woman found in her home on December 4 has now been ruled a homicide by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

At 11:45 a.m., police and fire personnel responded to a home in the 1200 block of Carli Court, 21228, and found 39 year old Jacqueline Taylor unresponsive. She was taken to a nearby hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased. The victim was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, and her death was ruled a homicide on December 8.

An arrest warrant has been issued; however, the suspect has not been formally arrested. The suspect is currently incarcerated on an unrelated offense and will be charged upon his release in that case. Investigators believe this homicide is domestic in nature.

The suspect's name will be released after he is charged.

At 10:03 p.m. Thursday night, Baltimore County Police and Fire personnel responded to York and Thornton Mill roads in Precinct 7/Cockeysville for a report of a serious automobile accident. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered that there were three vehicles involved and there were multiple patients with serious injuries.

The initial investigation by the Baltimore County Police Crash Team has indicated that a Hyundai Sonata was traveling northbound on York Road north of McCormick Road in front of a Dodge Dart. There was a Hyundai Tucson traveling southbound on York Road north of McCormick Road. The Hyundai Sonata crossed the center line, struck the Hyundai Tucson, and went back into the northbound side of York Road where it was struck by the Dodge Dart.

Eric James Stewart, 22, of the 600 block of Quaker Bottom Road, 21152, has been identified as the driver of the Hyundai Sonata. He has been cited for DUI and determined to be the at-fault driver in the crash.

Brandon Thomas Walsh, 23, of the 14600 block of Thornton Mill Road, 21152, has been identified as the driver of the Dodge Dart. He has been cited for DUI.

The operator of the Hyundai Tucson, Charles Edward Wagner, 85, and the right rear passenger of the Hyundai Tucson, Jeannine Shirley Wagner, 84, both of the 900 block of Beaverbank Circle, 21286, were declared deceased at the scene.

One in Critical Condition

The right front passenger, identified as Mary Antionette Warner, 79, of the 12300 block of Rosslare Ridge Road, 21093, was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center by Maryland State Police Medivac Helicopter where she remains in critical condition.

Eric Stewart, the operator of the Hyundai Sonata, was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center by Baltimore County Medics for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Brandon Walsh, the operator of the Dodge Dart, was not injured as a result of the accident.

Crash Factors

Crash Team investigators believe that speed and alcohol appear to have been factors in the crash and are continuing the investigation. The review of the incident by the Baltimore County State's Attorney's Office will determine if any more charges will be placed.
