    NOAA issued the first outlook for the 2015 hurricane season, calling for a 70% likelihood of a below-normal season in the Atlantic, but a 70% chance of an above-normal season in the Eastern Pacific. The next meeting of the Baltimore County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council is scheduled Tuesday, December 9, 8 a.m., in the Executive Conference Room, Historic Courthouse, 400 Washington Avenue, Towson. The meeting is open to the public.

The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council includes leaders of local law enforcement, health and corrections agencies as well as the court. It studies the adult and juvenile criminal justice systems; identifies problems; recommends improvements; and develops new strategies, policies and programs.

The next meeting of the Baltimore County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council is scheduled Tuesday, April 8, 8 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Historic Courthouse, 400 Washington Ave., Towson, in the Executive Conference Room on the mezzanine level.

The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council -- which includes leaders of local law enforcement, health and corrections agencies as well as the court -- studies the adult and juvenile criminal justice systems; identifies problems; recommends planning, financial and operational improvements; and develops cohesive strategies, policies and programs.
