UPDATE (June 6):
Baltimore County Police have charged 22-year-old Nakell Brian Harris of the 1200 block of Argyle Avenue 21217 in connection with the June 2 stabbing in Middle River that left a man deceased. He is charged with first degree murder and is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
On June 2 at 8:32 p.m., police responded to the unit block of Volz Avenue, 21220 for a report of an assault. When officers arrived on the scene, they found 32-year-old Jason Michael Durham of Perry Hall suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was transported to Franklin Square Hospital where he was declared deceased.
The investigation has indicated that Nakell Brian Harris stabbed Jason Michael Durham during an altercation. What provoked that altercation remains unknown.
UPDATE (June 3 10 a.m.):
Baltimore County Police have identified the man found stabbed Monday night in Middle River as 32-year-old Jason Michael Durham who has a last known address of the unit block of Autumn Glow Court, 21128.
At 8:32 p.m. Monday night, police responded to the unit block of Volz Avenue, 21220 for a report of an assault. When officers arrived on the scene, they found an adult male suffering from multiple stab wounds. The male was transported to Franklin Square Hospital where he was declared deceased.
There is no suspect description at this time.
This incident is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit. Detectives will be working to determine if this was a targeted crime.

At 8:32 p.m., police and fire units responded to the unit block of Volz Avenue, 21220. They found an adult male victim suffering from severe trauma to the upper body. The victim was transported to Franklin Square Hospital, where he later died. Homicide detectives are currently investigating the murder, but there is no suspect description at this time. The nature of the trauma and the cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner during autopsy.
The victim's name will be released after notification of next of kin.
