On Wednesday night, members of the Baltimore County Police Vice Unit conducted a prostitution enforcement detail involving men coming to a location in Baltimore County, soliciting prostitution and offering money to undercover detectives.
Detectives took four men into custody during this detail. Those men have been identified as:
- Kevin Lamont Simmons, 40. Simmons is employed as a Sergeant with the Baltimore City Police Department.
- Edward Yuditsky, 42, of the unit block of Sugarvale Way, 21093.
- Trevor William Joseph Barnes, 44, of the 2400 block of Braddock Road, 21771.
- Mark Kane, 48, of the 6100 block of Patrick Drive, 21784.
The four men taken into custody were charged with two counts of prostitution – general. All except Kane, who also faces drug charges, were released on their own recognizance. Kane is held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $5,000 bail.
The Baltimore City Police Department was notified of the incident.
