Baltimore County Police Department Robbery detectives have made three arrests in the December 8 7-Eleven robbery in Loch Raven in which a clerk was injured in a shooting.

Charged are 22-year-old Avery Joshua Perry of the 1600 block of East Lafayette Avenue, 21213, 25-year-old Renwick Barthowlomew Perry Jr. of 1600 block of East Lafayette Avenue, 21213, and 23-year-old Devon Deairre Powell of the 1500 block of Myrtle Avenue, 21217. They are all being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

On December 8 at 7:29 p.m., Baltimore County Police and Fire personnel responded to the 7-Eleven convenience store located at 8621 Pleasant Plains Road in Loch Raven for a report of a shooting. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered an adult male employee suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that the employee was in the store when he was shot by an unknown male suspect after the suspect demanded money. The suspect was wearing gloves and a mask; no additional description is available.  He fled the area in an unknown direction.

The Baltimore County Police Robbery Unit is actively investigating this incident.
