Rachel Jackson was located this morning in Towson, alive and well. Baltimore County Police Department thanks all those who assisted in efforts to find her.
Original Release (March 10, 2017 2:28 a.m.):
Baltimore County Police is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing Owings Mills woman.
Rachel Nicole Jackson (24) was last seen around 11 p.m. on March 8. She left for work but never returned home. Rachel is a member of an assisted living home due to cognitive and developmental conditions for which she is reliant on medications. She does not have her medications with her and caretakers have not been able to reach her by phone.
Rachel is a dark skinned black female, 5'5", 235 pounds, with brown eyes and short straight brown hair. She was last seen in the 9200 block of Owings Choice Court in Owings Mills wearing blue jeans, brown boots, and a puffy black jacket. She also had a large tan backpack with a floral print on it with her. Rachel has been located on previous occasions at or near the Comfort Inn in the 8800 block of Loch Raven Boulevard in Towson.
